Because our products are handmade or carefully sourced and packaged for hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (including scent preferences, ordering the wrong item, or simply deciding it’s not for you). Choose wisely, goblin.


The Nature of Our Products

Handmade Soaps

All soaps are made by hand in small batches.

This means you may notice slight variations in:

  • colour
  • shape and size
  • swirl patterns and design

These differences are completely normal and are part of what makes each bar unique. Product photos are a guide only.

Natural ingredients may also vary slightly in scent, colour, or appearance over time.

Bog Witch Bath Teas

Our bath teas are designed to be mess-free and contained within their bag.

  • The bag is intended to stay intact during normal use
  • Minor herbal particles in the bath water can occasionally occur and are not considered a fault

If your bath tea bag arrives damaged or breaks before or during first proper use, please contact us, that’s something we’ll fix.

Sourced Swamp Goods (Soap Bags & Wood Trays)

Some items are sourced and may have small, natural or manufacturing imperfections.

This can include:

  • slight variations in wood grain or colour
  • minor surface marks or inconsistencies
  • small variations in stitching or fabric

These are considered normal and not faults, provided the item still functions as intended.


But if something’s actually wrong…

If your item:

  • arrives damaged
  • is faulty or defective
  • is not what you ordered
  • is significantly different from its description
  • or does not perform its intended function

We’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product

We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution. We may also request video at our discretion.


Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
