What are your soaps made from?
Our bars are made from a base of ethically-sourced Australian tallow, olive oil, coconut oil and castor oil.
This creates a bar that’s creamy, long-lasting, and actually feels good on your skin (not squeaky, not stripping).
We also use clays, charcoal, coffee, honey, seeds and roots for natural colours, essential oils and fragrance oils depending on the bar.
Each soap description includes all ingredients used.
Why use tallow?
Because it makes such an amazing soap! Long-lasting, hard, creamy and nourishing.
Tallow has a fatty acid profile that works so well with human skin, which means a more nourishing, less drying soap.
Are your soaps natural?
We use natural oils and additives like clays and botanicals, but we also use body safe and phthalate free fragrance oils in some bars to create specific scent experiences.
Some of our bars are intentionally fragrance-free for the ferals who want a low-sensory soap.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Our soaps have been tested on super sensitive skin with no reactions, but because everyone's skin is different we recommend doing a patch test before using.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packed and processed in 2-4 business days.
Once posted, shipping timeframes depend on the method and your location.
Standard domestic post:
Metro - 1-4 business days
Regional/Rural - 4 - 8+ business days
Express post:
Metro - 1-2 business days
Regional/Rural - 1-4 business days
International post:
This will vary depending on where you are but could take between 10-20+ business days.
How much is postage?
Flat-rate postage Australia-wide for $9.95 standard or $15 express. FREE standard postage for orders $80+ or upgrade to express for $5
International postage starts at $30 AUD depending on the weight of your parcel.
Do you post internationally?
We do to most countries in the UK, EU, Asia and New Zealand.
Due to shipping and insurance limitations, we don't currently ship the USA and Canada. So sorry to the American and Canadian goblins, we hope to be able to post to you soon.
