SHIPPING POLICY

All Swamp Witch Suds orders are packed and sent from Canberra, Australia.

Each bar is handmade in small batches, which means your order is packed by an actual human, not summoned by a warehouse goblin. Please allow a little time for the magic to happen.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

This applies to all orders, including Express Post.
Choosing Express Post upgrades the postal service, not the time it takes for us to pack and prepare your order.

During launches, restocks, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll let you know.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Post
Flat rate: $9.95
Free for orders $80+

Express Post
Flat rate: $15
$5 for orders $80+

Shipping times once your order has been dispatched are determined by Australia Post:

Standard Post: typically 2–7 business days

Express Post: typically 1–3 business days

(Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand).

Once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, we can’t control delays caused by weather, peak periods, or postal gremlins.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

We ship to most countries and postage starts from $30 AUD depending on the size of your order.

Due to shipping and insurance limitations, we're unable to post to North America (including the U.S and Canada) at this time. Hopefully we can ship to our American and Canadian goblins soon!

Your order will be sent by standard international parcel with a tracking number. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
